Greetings One and All. I hope this finds you all fit and well, just over five more weeks left of 2020 and we will be entering 2021. 

After spending the first couple of months of this year working in Turkey, I am now back in the UK and am restarting my award winning Personal Training services.

As you have seen on the national news, England is now on a national lockdown until the beginning of December.  Wales has just come out of our own two week firebreak.
